A careful recreation of the classic 70s Japanese FY-6 fuzz circuit! Hugely popular in stoner rock and metal acts for its huge octave tinged doom fuzz tones, however also just as at home in many classic rock styles. The only major modification to the original design was to take the original 2-position tone switch and replace it with a potentiometer to allow for a blend between both positions. Get the classic mid-scoop or notched mid-range cut at the extremes, or find your own blend of the two somewhere in the middle!
Completely analog, true bypass design using all through hole components, these are hand assembled with measured and matched silicon transistors. This is a MASSIVE fuzz sound in a compact box ready for your pedalboard!
